The team determines the needs of customers and suggests suitable solutions. The team members have a comprehensive view of the market and know exactly what customers want, trends and competition.
Our Customer Success Team is focused on ensuring that our customers can get the maximum value from our products and services and thus work successfully over the long term. Customer satisfaction and customer loyalty are just as important to the team as building a strong, long-term customer relationship.
Our subject matter experts. The Privacy Team is always on the go at the service of our customers. Your daily tasks include intensive consulting, training, audits and more. Internally, the Privacy Team ensures that we handle personal data responsibly. It does exactly the same for our customers. Every day
This team plays a central role in developing, operating, and improving our platform and products. They are the engine for innovation and technologies. In addition to product strategy and planning, they take care of technical implementation, system architecture and tasks such as system maintenance.
Our team in Finance & Organization not only manages financial planning and budgeting, bookkeeping and accounting but also the structuring of business processes and taxes. The team is also an important interface to other areas of the company, such as HR or IT.
