How is NIS2 online training done?

Wer muss an der NIS2 Schulung teilnehmen?

Geschäftsführende und Vorstände von Unternehmen, die unter die NIS2-Richtlinie fallen, müssen geschult werden. Betroffen sind besonders wichtige Einrichtungen (KRITIS) in Sektoren wie Energie, Gesundheit und Transport sowie Unternehmen mit mehr als 50 Mitarbeitern und mehr als 10 Millionen Euro Umsatz in betroffenen Sektoren. Die Schulungspflicht für Geschäftsleitungen ist gesetzlich in §38 Abs. 3 BSIG verankert und muss einmal im Jahr durchgeführt werden.
